About the Role
At Finkraft, our Data Analysts are pivotal to our company’s success. As a critical member of our operations vertical, you will be involved in working with databases, ETL languages, and interpreting and documenting comprehensive business requirements.
As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in:
- Analyzing data quality, building visualizations for actionable insights
- Assessing, clarifying, and validating operations needs on an ongoing basis
- Preparing and presenting routine analysis for ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders
- Developing/modifying – workflows, test plans, and automated scripts
- Developing a feedback loop to ensure our products are constantly improving
Requirements
An ideal candidate is someone who shows the following attributes:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, visualization and data modeling skills
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Advanced SQL, and knowledge of Zoho Analytics
- Product analysis and debugging issues in SQL
- Can work in high-paced and complex projects and understand industry-specific sales processes, operations, and functional needs
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of product requirements
- Knowledge of GST, Input Tax Credit (ITC), Travel and Expense tools (T&E), and Corporate Business Travel (Airline/ Hotel) domain will be an advantage
