About the Role
At Finkraft, our Presales Specialists are pivotal to our company’s success. As a critical member of our sales vertical, you will aid the sales and marketing teams to find, win, and renew customers as well as identify and capitalize on opportunities with new and existing partners and accelerate the sales process.
As a Presales Specialist, you will:
- Research and identify potential accounts, solicit new accounts, and undertake lead generation activities
- Provide both front and back-end support—in terms of managing the CRM, building target database, and sending out templated emails/ LinkedIn requests—for all essential turnkeys related to new business engagements
- Prepare monthly and quarterly success ratio of enquiries and reasons of aborting enquiries
Maintain potential customer database and periodically keep in touch with the customers
Requirements
An ideal candidate is someone who has the following attributes:
- 2+ years of technical and IT Services pre-sales experience in a client-facing role
- Prior understanding of industry processes /domain – at least one of Airlines, Hotel, or TMC industries
- Strong communications and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
