1. What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, work email, company, country), usage data from the product and this site, and the invoice, vendor and payment data our customers process through the platform on their own behalf.
2. Why we use it
To run the platform for customers, to reply to requests, to secure and improve the service, and, with consent, to send product updates. We do not sell personal data.
3. Where it lives
UAE customers are hosted in the UAE, Indian customers in India. Sub-processors are listed in the security pack, available on request.
4. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and objection, exercised by writing to connect@finkraft.ai. Requests are answered within the statutory period for your jurisdiction.
5. Retention
Customer data is retained for the life of the contract plus the period tax law requires for the records concerned, then deleted.
